As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for developing and overseeing any artwork requirements. You will have a bold and innovative approach whilst respecting and developing existing brand boundaries. This role will involve developing and executing new initiatives, strategies and tactics to support wider organizational objectives and sales goals. Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Manage and create artwork needs across a range of platforms: Creation of artwork for range of applications, these include but are not exclusive to: Event support Exhibition stands, branded event items, business cards and materials Digital applications Social media graphics and video, digital ads, support with graphics for email campaigns Content styling White papers, case studies, information sheets, proposal support, powerpoint slide support Management of graphic needs for larger campaigns Work alongside and manage vendors supporting in specific tasks such as website development Developing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns: Manage the execution and implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns. Develop creative, breakthrough campaign messaging that resonates with the appropriate buyer persona and is consistent with corporate and solution value propositions. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external content contributors, and marketing stakeholders who will primarily deliver campaign activity. Partner with solution leads, marketing operations, and sales leaders to ensure a collaborative execution of demand generation campaigns. Ensure that the Catalyst brand and identity is adhered to in all campaigns and communication channels. Review accuracy of marketing and communications materials. Deliver regular reports on campaign results, including web analysis, media effectiveness, and evaluation of KPIs and ROI and use collected data to inform new campaigns. Administer the Resources, Events and Blog sections of the website(s) and support social media content creation and posting Requirements/Responsibilities: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or relevant field preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a design focused role, with CRO specific experience preferred. Required Certifications: N/A Required Skills : Strategic thinker, hands on, highly organized, detail oriented. Continuous improvement mindset and practices to drive consistent improvement and innovation. Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business. Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and third parties working with a budget, meeting deadlines for multiple projects and ensuring ROI on marketing campaigns and initiatives. Working knowledge in digital marketing tools such as campaigns managers, social media tactics and advertising tools, Google analytics, and other software and MARCOM technologies. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Creative, flexible, and innovative team player. Strong computer skills, including: Adobe Creative Suite tools (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and preferably Premier Pro) and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of the clinical research industry and drug development Working Conditions: ​ Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. ​ Powered by JazzHR
