As a Salesforce Developer you will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages within the Certinia platform. Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages within the Certinia platform. Integrations concepts Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Certinia functionality. Ensure adherence to best practices. Stay up to date with Certinia updates and enhancements. Document code, processes, and solutions for future reference. Provide technical support to end-users and assist with system enhancements. Issue management, coordinating resolution of tickets, working with business, vendors and development teams as needed to drive resolution. Troubleshooting using the debug log. General requirements: Ability to understand business requirements around Finance Accounting, and PSA Continuous learner, keeping updated on latest trends and product features in the space. Excellent communication skills Taking ownership of reported issues and drive to resolution Strong triaging skills for issue resolution Experience in using tools for issue management. Coordinate with and train other IT staff for redundancy Exemplify Catalyst values (Collaboration, Learning, Listening, Flexibility, and Commitment) Requirements/Responsibilities: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 3+ years Required Certifications: N/A Required Skills : Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce or Certinia data model and objects. Experience with integration using REST and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components. Previous experience in implementing Salesforce or Certinia PSA solutions.
