EnduroSat is on a mission to transform the complex satellite industry into a streamlined data service, enabling instant access and transactions with space data on the cloud from hundreds of sensors in orbit. All made possible by unique satellite technology and our great engineering team. We are searching for more superhumans to join us in our mission to democratize access to space. What is the role? As a talented and creative Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging video graphics, animations, and multimedia content to support our marketing, branding, educational, and product development efforts. In addition, you will play a key role in producing in-house videos and driving our company's market positioning through compelling visual storytelling. Some of your daily tasks will include: Design and produce high-quality animations, motion graphics, and videos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, product videos, company educational programs, in-house videos, and strategic market placement initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and create visual assets effectively communicating EnduroSat's key messages and concepts. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesion across all visual materials, aligning them with the company's market strategy. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design, motion graphics, videography, and social media content creation to improve the quality and impact of our visual content continuously. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives, and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and milestones. What do we look for? Degree in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or related field. Proven experience in motion design, videography, and social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and versatility. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Proficiency in 2D motion graphics software is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, will be considered an advantage. How to stand out? Be open to knowledge-sharing. Understand the importance of last-mile delivery. Be a quick learner, proactive, self-starter. Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
