Still here? Awesome. Read on. Your Role Defined Your mission: As a Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive millions of fans to our creators accounts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Top-Level work (The Deep Work) 1. Develop Tailored Strategies for New Creators: Lead the creation of custom marketing strategies for each new creator on the platform.2. Build marketing systems that work: Youll be in charge of connecting different no-code tools (such as Coda.io) and other marketing tools3. Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to inform decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.4. Promote Innovation and Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest marketing tech in OFM marketing. We will get you the right resources and network to find the next big thing.5. Encourage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments for integrated marketing efforts. Daily management (The Shallow yet important stuff) 1. Start of the day: Assess overnight marketing performance across various channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.2. Set Daily Priorities: Clearly define and communicate daily tasks and objectives for yourself and the team3. Conduct Daily Stand-Up Meetings: Facilitate brief daily meetings to align the team on current objectives and tasks.4. Monitor Progress and Resolve Issues: Keep track of marketing operations, addressing and resolving any emerging issues promptly.5. Support and Manage Team: Provide ongoing guidance and resources to team members, ensuring effective contribution towards marketing goals.6. Report Regularly to Leadership: Maintain continuous dialogue with the CEO to ensure marketing efforts are in sync with the company's vision. The most important will always be your hunger for growth, this is non-negotiable. Must have: 1. Experience in at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter2. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights for strategy development3. Strong affinity towards tools such as Excel, Notion, Airtable, Coda, Make, Zapier,...4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: 1. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management2.
