TS/level II: 22nd April Tasks: Analyzing service performance issues Setting case priority depending on the client needs Providing timely, relevant solutions through established procedures Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support Profile Are advanced in both German C1 and English B2 Have strong technical background Are skilled in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address client needs Have prior knowledge in network operations, networking protocols, network authentication, messaging technology or messaging protocols.
