Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative designer with expertise in motion design to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging graphics, animations, and multimedia content to support our marketing, branding, and product development efforts. Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality animations, motion graphics, and presentations for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, product videos and more. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and create visual assets that effectively communicate the key messages and concepts of EnduroSat. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesion across all visual materials. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and tools in graphic design and motion graphics to improve the quality and impact of our visual content continuously. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives, and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and milestones. Requirements: Bachelor degree in graphic design, visual arts, multimedia, or related field. Proven experience in graphic design and motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and versatility. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Proficiency in presentation software: Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote. Proficiency in 3D motion graphics software is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Personal skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Time management skills. Passion for space technology and innovation is a plus. Why EnduroSat?
