What will you do? Work in a multi-disciplinary team of hardware, software, and mechanical engineers Pinpoint potential areas that need improvement and proactively get involved in solving pending issues with the goal of improving EnduroSat’s products and services Prepare and maintain adequate and up-to-date documentation during the development Essential requirements University degree in Radio Communications/ Electronics / Electrical Engineering or similar At least 3 years working in the industry, delivering against tight timescales and being adaptable to changing requirements Knowledge of RF electronics, including RF test equipment, test techniques, and results analysis Proficiency in electronics design tools, RF and EM simulation tools Experience in PCB layout for power, analogue, and RF circuitry Good knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure the design is manufacturable Provide documentation, technical reports, and presentation as required Fluent English Requirements considered an advantage EMI/EMC design and mitigation techniques Experience with radiation mitigation and radiation hardening Knowledge and experience in link budget calculation Personal skills Team player with excellent communication skills Open to knowledge sharing Understanding the importance of the last-mile delivery Results oriented Why EnduroSat?
